Feel free to call our office if you have any questions or need assistance with any matters related to the water we provide!
The City of Arlington bills for Water, Sewer, Garbage and Landfill fees. Your Utility bill also includes a Capital Improvement fee which goes to maintain water and sewer infrastructure improvements and pay for debt pertaining to the water and sewer utility.
New residents will need to complete a Utility Account Application, which you can find below. We require a $100.00 deposit before opening any account.
Meters are read around the 15th of each month and Utility bills come out on the 1st of each month. Utility bills are due on the 10th of the month and are considered delinquent and will be discontinued if not paid by the 4th monday of the month.
