Building Permits

A Building Permit must be obtained anytime you are constructing any kind of structure, reconstructing, altering or adding to any structure on your property. This included sidewalks and fences. You can view the regulations regarding Sidewalks and Fences below.

Building permits need to be submitted for approval by the City Council. The fee for a building permit is $10.00 and must be included with the permit application. Building permits are good for 12 months from issue.
